March is National Craft Month, so let’s get our crafting smocks on, fire up the sewing machines, and have some fun for spring! Today I have gathered some of my spring inspired projects and some really great deals for you. First up, paint a watering can to hang in your garden with my Watering Can Garden Art post. As mine clearly shows, no real talent needed.
Or turn an old trashy cake topper into treasure with my Yard Art post. This was our wedding cake topper, now it looks like a stone sculpture.

If you missed Friday’s post, the Safelight Project 2020 has begun! Amazingly, we have already met our financial goal!!! More on that tomorrow.
Wonderful projects, Carole, very inspiring! That basket with buttons all over it is adorable.
I especially love that buttoned up jar–so cute–hugs, Julierose
Fun crafts there, and lots of inspiration, Carole! I am working through Scrap Dance Tango this month. I’ve been working a pile of 3 inch squares at a time, I have some ironing and trimming to do again this morning, before I get started on another batch. Wow there’s a lot of them in this quilt!!😜
I didn’t know March was national craft month! Fun to see your projects, Carole. My husband is repurposing an old Shop Vac canister to make a planter out of it – he wants to grow jalapenos in it! I saw your post about Safelight – I’ll have to make some of the pouches for it again.
The LOVED this post and I’m grateful for the included links back to the original projects. You’re such an inspiration for those of us that don’t have a lick of imagination.
Everything is just awesome-thanks for the inspiration Carole. and did not know this was craft room-now I have an excuse to be in my craft room (smiles)
Lots of wonderful ideas here to spark inspired crafts this month.
Wow! You have so much energy! Beautiful projects. How nice you are doing another QAL. Hopefully with all my ‘spare time at home’ I will be able to join in. Your fabrics are so lovely. I’ll just what I have, just because I have so much here! Thank you!
