All of the projects have been wonderful! I just wish I’d had time to work on one of them. However, I’ve saved the instructions and hopefully one of these days.

  2. Pat S. Lewes, DE

  3. Thank you so much for such a fun month of projects and posts! I loved it all! The prizes were terrific (Thankyou, sponsors!) and it has been so fun to see the sharing on Fb. Karla, your placemats are going to be darling—love that acorn! All the projects and looking forward to each post has made October fly by. Such a Great event! Thanks again!

  4. Cathy B.

This was my first year, and while I come for the sewing / quilting I also enjoyed the other posts. The table topper is so cute and easy to scale up or down – like the optional layouts you provided. And great giveaways – thanks to your sponsors!

  5. Rosemaryflower

I am going right over to flikr to look at the projects. I love these shared here. The blocks are adorable.
Thank you for the Fat Quarter Shop win, I feel like I won the lottery WOW

I did not have a chance to join in this year bc I spent my days making hexies (I donot know how I got to this place haha) and being with my daddy. I love the blocks though and made note of other’s ideas. Well done Carole, a great Autumn Jubilee

  6. Mary Durham

Fall is by far my favorite time of the year. I thoroughly enjoyed all the posts and have saved some ideas for later when I have more time. Thanks for the effort on your part to put all this together!

  7. Carolyn

I have enjoyed following your blog. I did not do the Autumn Jubilee because of a fractured hip, but I sewed two of your previous scrap quilt mysteries. I love seeing all your table settings. I also marvel that you have “storage” room for all your table settings, napkins/rings, glassware, centerpieces, etc. in between seasons! I do not make cards but have enjoyed seeing the process through your eyes. The cards are beautiful! I am also sewing some blocks for the local group gathering the blocks for the Carolina Hurricane Quilt Project. Thanks for all the hard work you do in making this blog informative and interesting, and in helping others who are in hard situations.

  8. Teri

Even though Autumn didn’t seem to arrive early this year( ( in terms of the leaves changing colors), I’ve enjoyed watching it unfold on your blog in all of its splendor. Thank you and all the posters for sharing their beautiful work.

  9. Sharon Schipper

I enjoyed vicariously joining in all the fun! Sept and Oct very stressful at work, end of FY, and I admit, I’ve only finished a few little hand projects… but love the pumpkin and autumn blocks, I need some other golds and browns and my stash will be ready for next autumn (hopefully I get to them in SUMMER!) thanks to all the sponsors, and to all the sharers, I appreciate it all

  12. Pam H

The Autumn Jubilee was so enjoyable-colors, ideas and various projects for any quilter capability. Generous sponsor gifts are bonuses to getting inspired to create seasonal fun.

  13. Lynne Mulder

The quilt project is adorable and if I ever get done with baby quilts I will be making it. Thanks again to you and Back Side Fabrics for the gift certificate. According to the tracking info my fabric should be arriving tomorrow!

  14. Sue H

The Autumn Jubilee quilts are always spectacular but I especially enjoyed the wool pumpkin mat this year. Thank you for all you do this time of year!! I love Fall!

  15. Jan Snell

Carole, I have enjoyed the whole month of blogging. Such a variety of ideas. You are so very creative. I love the pumpkin and star quilt and have just the right fabrics for it so I will plan to make that in the spring as I have been stretched this fall and couldn’t commit to starting another project. I do Christmas in July so fall in the spring makes sense to me. I loved the apple cake recipe. It was delish. I did get a Hallowe’en jack o lantern trick or treat bag made for my granddaughter. Thanks for the inspiration and for making everything look so easy. I am serving slow cooked ham for dinner on Saturday night. Thanks, Jan

  16. marie Beers

Fall is my favorite time of the year. I love all the colorful trees. Making anything with pumpkins is a favorite.

  17. Thanks for all of your Autumn Jubilee posts and projects, Carole! I enjoyed sewing along, but also enjoyed baking up a loaf of your delicious pumpkin bread. It’s hard to believe it is the end of October already!

  18. Marianne Barta

Thank You for all our posts. I am enjoying your site with all the wonderful projects — I just have to put most on my “to do” list. Love it.

  19. Hi Carole! What a great event and I really enjoyed the podcast. That fabric bundle just makes me think of you – the perfect colors for many of your projects. Thank you to your sponsors – so many great ones – and especially to you for getting them all together. Happy Halloween! ~smile~ Roseanne

Carole, I have looked forward every day this month to your postings of beautiful projects, fabulous prizes and wish I wasn’t so bogged down with Christmas sewing to participate, but I did enjoy looking though all the projects done with luscious fall colors.

  21. Darci Marshall

Huge thank you to the sponsors helping out with the Carolina Hurricane project. I’m a native wilmingtonian and know how much those quilts are going to mean for people who lost so much. I will definitely be supporting those sponsors’ businesses in the future.

  22. Gwynette in NW Arkansas

Carole, I appreciate your commitment to providing instruction for fabulous crafts for fall decorating and contacting sponsors for prizes. I am excited about winning a new Olfa rotary cutter! Do you think it could be lime green….LOL!!! No matter the color, it will be well used. Congratulations to all the other winners!

  23. Ginger Michael

Just discovered your blog after listening to Pat Sloan’s podcast. Cooking, gardening, reading and quilting…a lady after my own heart.

  24. Kathy E.

The Autumn Jubilee offered so many awesome projects to feast my eyes on! I love seeing how sewists come up with their own versions. I’ve had sewing machine problems for a month and that has made me sad, but still loved to follow along!

  25. Sandy

The Autumn Jubilee has been such fun! I made several of the leaves yesterday and have to say it’s a great pattern. Thanks for all the wonderful ideas.

I just have to sew my three tipsy teacups together and I will be ready for Monday and the teacup challenge .

  26. Diane Pickthall

Thank you and the great sponsors for such a fun and beautiful event. This is my first time to enjoy and it has been a joy. I love the pumpkin quilt and look forward to making it, I have the fabric out but life events got in the way of even getting started. Soon, I hope.

  27. Jean

Carole, this has been a beautiful Autumn Jubilee, with many great sponsor gifts! Thank you all and Congratulations to the winners!

  28. I have really enjoyed following your blog. Being a new quilter, your blog is easy to understand and offers so much. I get excited every time I read it. Your sponsors are the greatest. Who wouldn’t love to win these amazing gifts. I hope that in time I can be a quilter at least half as good as you and your readers. thank you so much for bringing your blog to us.

  29. Mary C

I like the variety of projects from quick to more involved. Thank you for helping me start and finish a project within the timeframe!

  30. Congratulations to all the winners and thank you to all of the generous sponsors. A big thank you to you for hosting this very fun Fall event. So many projects that not only inspired, but there was something for everyone.

  31. Barbara D.

I have enjoyed your blogs, projects, posts, mystery quilt alongs. ( I had the idea of doing two full size quilts for the square dance quilt. I am still working on the nine patches for the second quilt! I did three full size quilts for the two-step quilt.) Thank you for your inspiration and your thoughtfulness and your generosity.

  32. Carole – a big Thank YOU to both you and your sponsors. I haven’t been able to make anything, but have downloaded the Quilt-Along & Placemat instructions. I’m heading to the Blue Ridge Mountain for a Retreat this weekend and hope to make a few things from your Autumn Jubilee. I appreciate all the work involved for you to create these projects and work with your Sponsors. I have enjoyed being introduced to the Sponsor’s products. Unlike many other bloggers, your Autumn Jubilee has so many various projects – something for everyone! Yours is one of my favorite blogs!!

  33. Thank you for another wonderful month of Autumn Jubilee fun. I plan on making the pumpkin and star quilt once life settles down a bit….I have been “on the road” 22 days this month so no sewing for me this October, only vicariously by reading your blog posts. Congratulations to all the lucky winners….you had a phenomenal group of sponsors (although I am extra partial to Aurifil…lol). You put so much effort and compassion into this blog…please know you ARE appreciated. Blessings from WV….

  34. Flora

It was wonderful to see the different colour combinations for the pumpkins. I picked up some interesting tips from the table settings that will be helpful for Christmas decorating.

  37. Dian

Autumn Jubilee had something for nearly everyone! From quilting to table settings to craft ideas, I was inspired to try some of your ideas in my home. Our fall weather in Wisconsin has settled into a sunny, cool time for residents to recoup from the widespread flooding that did so much damages to the rolling terrain of the beautiful driftless area near the Mississippi river. Thanks again for a most enjoyable blog-so well organized and interesting-I look for it every day.

  38. Donna W

All of the prizes and winners were just that much more spectacular this year as this fun event keeps expanding on your great blog! I hope that you have a fantastic day!
