The Fall Fiber Fair is Saturday October 17th in front of Beginnings Quilt Shop. I have agreed to be a part of the it once again with a booth in front of their store. I pulled out all the things I have left over from the guild gift shop, and it is quite a bit. If you see something you would like, I will certainly sell it to you in advance of this event. I have more than plenty to stock a booth right now! This photo is from my table last year when I took way too much, all this on the table, plus a rack of embroidered kitchen towels and a clothing rack stuffed with table runners and quilts. I’m cutting back this time to fewer items, but I still have more than I can show. So, you can shop early, LOL! All prices do not include shipping except for card sets and some of the quilts. This refashioned Denim Jacket with Lace is a new one I made for the shop. I still have the two I made for myself. I was really disappointed that this didn’t sell, and I think it must have been that the clothing rack it was on didn’t get a lot of attention. It is a 2XL, just right for us fluffy gals. The lace yoke shows through as the denim has been cut away behind it.

It has lace hearts on the front pockets, a lace extension on the hem, and rhinestones on the buttons. I include a set of extra rhinestones to replace any that get lost. Price reduced to $35 plus shipping.

Cards do especially well as it is something sewists love but, for the most part, do not make themselves. I made about 40 for the guild gift shop this past May, and sold most of them. So, time to get out the stamping stuff and get to work on a selection for the October event. I can ship an assortment of 4 cards for $20, shipping included. As each card is unique, I may not have these exact ones still available. But just let me know if you want sewing related or not, and inside sentiment of birthday, thank you or blank.

I had several of these adorable stickers, and they were used on the front of several cards. The stickers are centered on a background square in a contrasting color.

I used ribbons both vertically and horizontally, along with patterned papers in layers.

This is the best sentiment stamp I have. This design sells well. Some cards have sentiments inside, but many I just leave as blank note cards.

Inside, these cards have two stamps, one with a cute sentiment, and a Happy Birthday stamp. When the cards are packaged in cellophane sleeves, I include an envelope with a coordinating stamped motif and a little piece of paper showing what is stamped inside.
